Qualifications:

Money-motivated, self-starters with a positive attitude
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Prior call center or sales experience is a plus (but not required)
Able to commit to 30+ hours per week
Must reside in Maine, New Hampshire, or Florida

Responsibilities include:

Complete our self-guided online training program
Handle inbound calls from customers ready to buy — no cold calling
Sell a variety of popular natural health products featured on TV, radio, web, and print
Follow proven scripts and sales processes designed for success
Build rapport and provide real solutions that help customers
Upsell and cross-sell related products when appropriate
Stay organized and accurate with data entry and customer records

Requirements:

A Windows 10 or higher PC (no Macs, Chromebooks, or Android devices)
Hard-wired internet connection (Ethernet only – no Wi-Fi)
USB headset (we can provide one if needed)
A quiet, distraction-free home workspace

Job Highlights:
