What You’ll Do

Provide ABA services in a variety of settings (public schools, private preschools, homes, community)
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other clinical assessments
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Provide supervision to RBTs and direct parent training
Maintain strong clinical documentation and data-driven decision-making

Requirements

Reliable transportation & valid ID
BCBA Certification
Ability to engage in active work (standing, bending, lifting, movement throughout sessions)
Passion for helping others learn and grow

Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time)

$85,000–$105,000 starting salary (based on experience, credentials, and availability).

Remote Flexibility:While this role prioritizes in-person collaboration and client support, select responsibilities such may be completed remotely when appropriate.

Schedule

School-based services: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
Home/community sessions: after school hours
Some flexibility during training
