About
I was the individual who met with our clients/patients directly in my office to review their bill(s), insurance EOB as well as discuss any complaints they may have had with the service, specific staff or documentation with their medical records. I would refer clinical complaints to the Case Management dept. and medical records complaints to the HIS dept. for further review as per our policy. I also took payments and posted them onto the account(s), monitored and completed follow through on the MVA, WC and TPL claim(s) and processed all request for billing documentation from attorney and insurance office(s) as needed in order to obtain payment when the matter had been resolved.
