In my most recent role as a Human Resources Program Manager at TD, my expertise lies in designing and leading early talent programs (including recruitment, onboarding, training, career development, mentor matching, and employee experience) that support the company's strategic goals. My role demanded a unique combination of program management, emotional intelligence, and marketing communications, which I've honed over several years of steering diverse teams towards success.
At the core, I am driven by a mission to create inclusive, engaging, and developmental experiences that not only align with organizational objectives but also resonate on a personal level. The success of any program is reflected through robust feedback mechanisms and the seamless integration of new talent into corporate culture, demonstrating the effectiveness of collaborative and tailored approaches.

Over the past 15+ years in Learning and Development, I’ve witnessed firsthand how embracing discomfort leads to profound personal and professional transformation.

I founded my own business in wedding planning and officiating to fulfill a deep-seated desire to express my creativity while forging meaningful connections with others. My passion lies in celebrating love stories, and I believe that every couple deserves a unique and personal experience on their special day.
