Hello, I'm a recent high school graduate who attended MMTC for computer-related courses. I've worked at Technology Solutions of Maine and Techy in Waterville as an Intern. Both were eye-opening experiences, but only once I became a full-time worker at Techy did I get my first experience with taking calls, customer service, and auditing. I've become proficient in all of these, and in time, I could become an expert.
