I have been growing for about 10 years, along with managing large vegetable gardens. I have mostly grown outdoors, in a greenhouse, and with light deprivation. I have experience in starting, cloning, and developing soil. Generally, I get high praise for my permaculture-grown product, but I am looking for experience as an indoor grower. I've been a software engineer for logistics companies, so I am pretty good at processes. In general I think anyone would be happy to have me as an employee.
