We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services and a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy their meals in a welcoming and professional environment.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and answering any initial questions.
Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, ensuring all details are captured.
Provide recommendations on menu items, including specials and culinary pairings to enhance the dining experience.
Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food safety standards and sanitation practices.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Process payments using cash registers or POS systems, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
Uphold fine dining standards by providing attentive service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in fine dining settings.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is essential.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is highly desirable.
Strong guest service skills with an ability to engage positively with customers.
Sales experience is a plus, as upselling menu items can enhance guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance.
A culinary background or training can be beneficial but is not required.
