Job description

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to:

Examine patients and develop a plan of treatment to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore function.
Perform treatment techniques in order to improve patients physical and functional abilities.
Educate patients on how to properly apply movement or self-care techniques.
Use equipment and devices to assist patients in rehabilitation plans.
Adjust treatment plans when necessary in order to achieve patient goals and outcomes.
Manually treat patients when necessary in order to achieve patient goals and outcomes.
Conduct re-examinations when appropriate.
Develop discharge plans.
Maintain patient records, keep track of goals and progress in a timely manner.
Communicate with other providers to ensure best possible treatments.
Treatments may be performed on an individual basis or in a group setting.
Comply with state and federal physical therapy regulations.
Follow state and federal laws and HIPPA regulations.
Complete at least 10 hours of continuing education every year.
Maintain detailed and complete records of health care plans and prognosis.
Promote the practice by going to outreach activities and other marketing events paid for by Healios Integrative (all planned in advance).
General office/treatment room housekeeping.
Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times.

Position is Full-time, Overtime Exempt, Employee. Work hours are Monday through Friday.
