Job description
We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to:
- Examine patients and develop a plan of treatment to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore function.
- Perform treatment techniques in order to improve patients physical and functional abilities.
- Educate patients on how to properly apply movement or self-care techniques.
- Use equipment and devices to assist patients in rehabilitation plans.
- Adjust treatment plans when necessary in order to achieve patient goals and outcomes.
- Manually treat patients when necessary in order to achieve patient goals and outcomes.
- Conduct re-examinations when appropriate.
- Develop discharge plans.
- Maintain patient records, keep track of goals and progress in a timely manner.
- Communicate with other providers to ensure best possible treatments.
- Treatments may be performed on an individual basis or in a group setting.
- Comply with state and federal physical therapy regulations.
- Follow state and federal laws and HIPPA regulations.
- Complete at least 10 hours of continuing education every year.
- Maintain detailed and complete records of health care plans and prognosis.
- Promote the practice by going to outreach activities and other marketing events paid for by Healios Integrative (all planned in advance).
- General office/treatment room housekeeping.
- Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times.
Position is Full-time, Overtime Exempt, Employee. Work hours are Monday through Friday.

Experience:
- Physical therapy: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Physical Therapy License (Required)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
