Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Worker to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the assembly line. This position requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain machinery, including forklifts and power tools, to support production activities.
Assist with assembly tasks on the production line, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
Utilize hand tools for various manufacturing tasks, including assembly and maintenance of equipment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues to supervisors.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Experience

Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with mechanical systems and basic troubleshooting skills is advantageous.
Experience operating forklifts or other industrial equipment is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in an assembly line environment, demonstrating teamwork and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
