Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Worker to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the assembly line. This position requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain machinery, including forklifts and power tools, to support production activities.
- Assist with assembly tasks on the production line, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Utilize hand tools for various manufacturing tasks, including assembly and maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues to supervisors.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Experience
- Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with mechanical systems and basic troubleshooting skills is advantageous.
- Experience operating forklifts or other industrial equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in an assembly line environment, demonstrating teamwork and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
