We are currently hiring for an Executive Assistant. This person will be working alongside our main consultant/company owner as an assistant.

This assistant position tasks includes (but is not limited to):

Sales Support:

Prepare and follow up on sales estimates and contracts.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
Providing communication to customers regarding job status and progress reports.
Prepare basic quotes and follow-up with customer.

Customer Interaction:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Assist in scheduling consultations and site visits.
Provide detailed information about landscape installation services.
Assisting Primary Sales Consultant in customer interaction as directed.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain organized sales documents and files.
Prepare sales reports and presentations for the sales team.
Assist with quotes and designs
Develop Standard Operating Procedures for sales processes.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Efficient use of Time Management.

Hours: Full time, year-round with season influx during peak times of the year.

Pay is determined by experience. This job has lots of growth potential financially and career-wise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
