We are hiring multiple Retail Sales Associates for our Portland Maine location. This role focuses on customer service, sales support, and store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible scheduling is available, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

Location: Portland, ME
Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities available | Day, evening, and weekend shifts

What You’ll Do

Provide strong customer service and create a positive shopping experience
Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
Support sales goals through active selling and product knowledge
Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness standards
Operate register and process transactions accurately
Restock merchandise and support inventory flow
Assist with overall store operations and new store opening efforts

Schedule & Availability

We are hiring for flexible schedules, with a strong need for:

Daytime shifts (morning to early afternoon)
Evening and weekend coverage
Consistent, reliable weekly availability

We are prioritizing candidates with dependable availability.

What We’re Looking For

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
