We are hiring multiple Retail Sales Associates for our Portland Maine location. This role focuses on customer service, sales support, and store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible scheduling is available, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities available | Day, evening, and weekend shifts
What You’ll Do
- Provide strong customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
- Support sales goals through active selling and product knowledge
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness standards
- Operate register and process transactions accurately
- Restock merchandise and support inventory flow
- Assist with overall store operations and new store opening efforts
Schedule & Availability
We are hiring for flexible schedules, with a strong need for:
- Daytime shifts (morning to early afternoon)
- Evening and weekend coverage
- Consistent, reliable weekly availability
We are prioritizing candidates with dependable availability.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
