Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. You should have strong organizational skills and be comfortable handling a range of clerical tasks. Good communication, problem-solving, and self-direction are important for helping our office run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain organized filing systems.
Help with office work like typing documents, checking for errors, and handling mail or emails.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary.
Support team members with various clerical duties as required.
Ensure a professional environment by adhering to phone etiquette and providing exceptional client service.

Requirements

Experience with clerical or administrative responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar, and Google Workspace applications.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience in customer service roles.
Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling tools is preferred.
Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
