Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. You should have strong organizational skills and be comfortable handling a range of clerical tasks. Good communication, problem-solving, and self-direction are important for helping our office run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain organized filing systems.
- Help with office work like typing documents, checking for errors, and handling mail or emails.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary.
- Support team members with various clerical duties as required.
- Ensure a professional environment by adhering to phone etiquette and providing exceptional client service.
Requirements
- Experience with clerical or administrative responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar, and Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in customer service roles.
- Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling tools is preferred.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
