Position is responsible for ensuring the record of deliveries made by When Pigs Fly Breads and all associated distribution companies are complete and accurate.

Collection and organization of paperwork supporting shipments
Processing paperwork to ensure it is completed in full and accurately reflects the actual delivered quantities
When applicable, taking steps to rectify discrepancies within the paperwork
This may include direct communicate with personnel both inside and outside of When Pigs Fly to receive correct paperwork
Scan in the completed paperwork to computer software so a digital copy can be retained
Assisting customers and vendors via phone by accurately and effectively handling their questions and concerns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
