Job Summary
Individual is responsible for repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment, utilities, exterior grounds, and completing renovation work within this facility.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Maine Driver’s License
1–3 years of related maintenance experience preferred
Handles multiple priorities, and works under pressure.
The ability to make decisions using independent discretion.
Computer skills.
Must read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.
Work alone or with a team and in crowded/confined spaces.
Mathematical skills.
Responsible, supportive team player and have interpersonal skills with team members, staff, or vendors.
The ability to manage anger, fear, hostility, violence, and stress appropriately.
Must be able to follow written or verbal instructions.
