One of Maine's top medical providers is growing their recruiting team and looking to add an onsite contract to hire Talent Acquisition Specialist to their team to assist the Executive/Physician recruiters in finding top talent. This role supports the Recruiters in full-cycle recruiting, developing pro-active recruiting strategies, relationship management and reporting.
Must have previous recruiting/HR experience, strong administrative, organizational, and computer skills, experience working with an ATS and HRIS applications, have outstanding communication skills, and be a strategic thinker.
Monday-Friday, 8-4:30. Onsite South Portland.
$25-30/hour DOE.
COVID-19 vaccination required.
