Cushnoc Cantina is looking for experienced and motivated cooks for the opening of our new restaurant and kitchen in the heart of downtown Waterville, Maine. Both full-time and part-time candidates are encouraged to apply. Anticipated start for these positions is late December 2024. Cantina is an 85 seat restaurant and bar serving an eclectic menu with a strong focus on high quality tacos, cocktails and beer. This is an amazing opportunity to join Cushnoc Brewing Co. in their latest project. The right candidates will have a minimum of one years experience in a high volume kitchen. This position requires a strong work ethic, reliability, ability to work well within a team, a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and an enthusiasm for excellence.
