Pine State Services, a leader in the residential service contractor market, is looking for experienced, licensed HVAC installers to install residential boilers, furnaces and heat pumps.

#1: Pay. We would all love to be volunteers at work because we're passionate about plumbing, but let's be honest, we work to get paid. Pine State is proud to offer our techs up to $40 an hour -before bonuses. So that means you can earn even more. And we have techs that certainly do! Would you like to meet them to hear for yourself? #2: Support & Training: We have Supervisors and Managers with years of experience that are always there to answer your call and walk you thru an installation or repair. We hold in-house training seminars and invite manufactures consistently to offer service and install training at our Training Center.
#3: On call Rotation: We only offer it to our installers, it's not mandatory. But if you're looking for more pay, our on-call pay and spiffs are outstanding.
#4: Warehouse Support: How does it sound to come in daily and have your materials restocked for you by our warehouse team? Do you need parts run out to you? Do you need a helper with that Water Heater? No problem, we have people for that.

What We Offer

Technicians with five years or more experience that hold active licenses earn up to $45.00 per hour with earning potential of $100,000 per year or more.
