Maine Street Bistro is hiring for a line cook/oyster shucker. We are a French inspired casual fine dining restaurant. Located in the Lemont Block building. We're looking for a line cook with a minimum of one year experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant. Basic knife skills are a must.
