- Care partner pay starts at $19.00/hour
- CRMA pay starting at $20/hour
- Weekly paychecks
- 12-hour shifts – and three-day work weeks-4 days off!
- Housemate-to-care partner ratio of 4:1 (days) and 6:1 (nights)
