The Send Brewing Company is a small, community-focused brewery and restaurant in South Portland’s Knightville neighborhood. We serve craft beer and Japanese comfort food made with care — and we’re looking for friendly, motivated Line Cooks to join our kitchen crew.

What You’ll Do
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized while following health and safety standards
- Jump in on team tasks like prep, cleaning, and opening or closing duties
- Cook and plate menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to detail
- Work together with the kitchen team to keep service smooth and efficient
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude with your teammates and guests
- Help close down the kitchen each night — prep lists, cleaning, and all
What We’re Looking For
- Some experience or training in basic cooking and prep (we’re happy to train the right person)
- A passion for food and learning — curiosity and teamwork go a long way
- Reliability, good communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for long shifts
- Schedule flexibility — we’re a small team, so adaptability helps everyone succeed
