Lisbon Community FCU seeking an experienced and motivated Member Service professional to join our team as an Account and Loan Specialist. This role is a great opportunity to add to your existing member service expertise on the Symitar/Episys core processing system by adding consumer loan processing to your skillset. In this role, you'll welcome new members to the credit union, support existing members with their accounts and master the consumer loan origination process.

Responsibilities
- Assist members in the new account process, opening savings, checking, certificate and IRA accounts.
- Assist members in the loan origination process, ensuring we set them up for financial success.
- This position provide support to all branch locations, as well as our online branch.
- Conduct thorough analysis of member financial information to help them meet their financial goals.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth flow of work.
- Participate in business development events for the Credit Union.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in new account origination in Jack Henry's Symitar core processing platform is required.
- Loan origination or processing experience is a bonus but not necessary.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with members and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing exceptional member service.

Pay: $21.50 - $36.00 per hour
