Location: Remote within Maine, with regular travel across Southern Maine through the Mid-Coast region.
Office Location: Bath, Maine (for occasional meetings).
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 base salary + commissions (paid weekly)

Position Overview
We are seeking a proven, driven, and motivated Home Care Sales Consultant to grow our referral network and represent our services throughout the Maine territory. This role requires a high-energy, self-starting professional who is passionate about helping others and achieving results.
You will build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as:
Visiting nurse agencies
Hospice providers
Hospitals
Geriatric care managers
Eldercare organizations
Estate planners
Skilled nursing facilities
The ideal candidate excels at relationship building, communication, organization, and closing new business. You will engage with families and prospective clients to gather necessary information and guide them toward beginning home care services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily sales calls, meetings, and in-person visits within the Maine territory
Build and manage a strong referral network
Achieve assigned sales and marketing goals
Represent the company professionally in the community
Deliver presentations online and in person
Engage with potential clients and families, gather required information, and support service initiation
Attend occasional early-morning or evening networking events
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Work independently while collaborating effectively with the internal team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Home office capability
Strong relationship-building skills
Professional appearance and communication skills
Proficiency with Zoom, CRM software, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint
Ability to work remotely and travel throughout the territory
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
Ability to organize, prioritize, and close sales opportunities
Integrity, discretion, and adherence to company policies
Team-oriented mindset
Ability to meet required quotas
