Now Hiring: Lead Carpenters!
As a Lead Carpenter, you’ll lead a crew in bringing unique, top-tier projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting daily goals for the crew and ensuring efficient progress
- Coordinating with the Site Supervisor to align with plans and priorities
- Reading and interpreting blueprints accurately
- Providing guidance and instruction to carpenters, laborers and other skilled workers on-site
- Performing carpentry tasks ranging from framing to fine finish work
- Delivering high-end, custom craftsmanship alongside your team!

Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $30.00 to 35.00/hr depending on experience
Weekly hours: a minimum of 40 hours per week. Year – round employment!
