As a CSR Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our service department by assisting customers with service inquires and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Position: Customer Service Representative
Position Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Job Purpose Summary: To provide an exemplary experience for our customers with service scheduling needs as well as all facets of the service department. All customer Service Representatives must be career-minded professionals that demonstrate and execute duties at a high level of accuracy and excellence.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Schedule customers for service needs. Including rescheduling, keeping a quota of invoices produced daily vs how many customers have been scheduled.

Use mapping technology for all calls. (Microsoft office/Google Maps/Package AI)

Communicate all pricing, collect payments, review warranty information.

Assist customer service manager, supervisors, installation, and delivery teams as well as sales teams with customers with specific service requests.

Maintain several platforms consistently throughout the day.

Maintain organization and be detail oriented while setting a high-level work pace.

Maintains a calm and collected demeanor while interacting and researching resolutions to difficult situations with each of your customers.

Sustains a high call volume with a daily percentage rate of 70% or higher all for calls answered.

Works as a team and is respectful of others. Assists co-workers as able and is professional and respectful of others time.

Maintains an excellent attendance record.

Occasionally move about office at times.

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery. At times may move office supplies and equipment weighing 10-15 lbs.
