We are currently seeking Merchandise Associates for 2 to 3 weeks to support a retail store in Augusta, ME . This role involves reading planograms, stocking merchandise, and maintaining an organized store. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team where your efforts will enhance the shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with unloading delivery trucks and organizing merchandise
- Assist with setting up seasonal displays and planograms (product layouts)
- Adhere to visual merchandising standards and maintain well merchandised and in-stock store for the customers to shop
- Support general store cleanliness tasks, including sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Contribute to various other duties as needed to support the replenishment
and smooth operation of the store
Qualifications:
- Comfortable with physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, lifting, carrying, and reaching
- Flexible availability and ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends if needed
- Dependable with a strong track record of reliability
- Prior retail or stocking experience is a plus but not required
- Positive attitude and team player
Shifts Available:
- Night Shift: MON-FRI OR SAT -THUR 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM / With a 4:00 AM start as well
