Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled problem solver with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. You will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of plumbing projects, supervising apprentices and journeymen, and ensuring all work is completed to code and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, and/or industrial settings
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and efficiently
- Interpret blueprints, building codes, and specifications
- Ensure all work complies with local and state plumbing codes
- Lead and supervise plumbing teams on job sites
- Provide estimates, timelines, and material requirements for jobs
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Valid Master Plumber License
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or at heights
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable with mobile apps for job tracking and invoicing (a plus)
