Job Title: Bookkeeper
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong QuickBooks skills to help manage our day-to-day accounting processes and payroll for approximately 30 employees. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial transactions. Work is done in a cozy, quiet office space shared with two colleagues, perfect for a detail-oriented bookkeeper who thrives in a calm, focused environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements
- Prepare financial reports
- Maintain the general ledger using QuickBooks
- Process payroll for approximately 30 employees
- Support the controller in financial operations and reporting
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with other accounting software is a plus
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is preferred
