AT&T Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Represent top wireless companies, interacting with customers, building relationships, and ensuring a great service experience.
- Train with our team to help guide your customers through the service explanation process for them to find what fits best for them

- Connect with customers, solve their inquiries, and create lasting impressions.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement strategies for expanding customer engagement and increasing sales across multiple sectors.

AT&T Customer Service Representative Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Experience prior in a customer service or team member role
