Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Asbestos Supervisor to join our Environmental Division. This role is responsible for overseeing asbestos abatement projects, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, supervising crew members, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Sign-On Bonus:
Qualified candidates will receive a $500 sign-on bonus after successful completion of the probationary period.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise asbestos abatement projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.
- Lead, train, and oversee abatement crews on-site.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and safety checklists.
- Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and compliant with OSHA, EPA, and Maine DEP requirements.
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and other team members to coordinate work schedules and project needs.
- Operate and maintain abatement equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Current Maine Asbestos Supervisor License (required).
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility for urgent projects.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
