Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced nightlife environment. The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring the bar operates smoothly. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in the hospitality industry and are eager to learn about beverage service and bar operations. To be considered for employment, you must have open evening availability including weekend nights.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning countertops, and disposing of waste.
- Stock and replenish supplies such as liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, and glassware as needed.
- Help with bussing and clearing empty glasses from the bar area.
- Set up and breakdown of bar area, including sweeping, mopping, changing trash cans, etc
Skills
- Previous experience in a nightclub or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with team members and customers.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service within the bar & concert industry.
