We are actively seeking a skilled Copper Splicer with hands-on experience in copper cable preparation, splicing, troubleshooting, and testing. If you're detail-oriented, safety-focused, and take pride in delivering top-tier network integrity—let’s connect.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Splicing, terminating, and testing copper cable (including aerial, underground, and buried cable)
• Reading blueprints, schematics, and work orders
• Performing repairs, re-splices, and maintenance as needed
• Working safely around utility poles, pedestals, manholes, and cabinets
Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in copper splicing
• Strong knowledge of color-coded cable and copper plant maintenance
• Experience with testing equipment
• Ability to work independently or on a crew
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Nice to Have:
• Fiber optic experience is a plus
• CDL and/or bucket truck experience
• Industry certifications
