GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Supervises dining room and maintains food service activities. Communicates between customers, FOH and BOH staff. Helps with training all FOH employees. Assist with all day-to-day operation of restaurant and brings any concern or issues to Restaurant Managers attention.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages day-to-day food service operations.
• Manages Bar Program.
• Directs hosts and communicates between hosts and guests.
• Directs wait staff and provides communication between FOH/BOH.
• Expedites food and monitors food quality and presentation.
• Manages customer complaints.
• Assists and be back-up with Events.
• Completes additional responsibilities/task as assigned by supervisor.
• Monitors and enforces all food safety and health code regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Customer service experience, food and beverage knowledge, management skills, strong communication skills.
