We are a small vacation rental management company based in Bethel. We manage an array of small and large ski homes in the Bethel/Sunday River area. We aim to provide both our owners and guests with 5 star service. We are a team of highly capable individuals driven by solid relationships with our clients, our property owners, and our community. This position will have a wide range of duties relating to the general upkeep and maintenance of rental homes and hot tubs. The individual will be responsible for maintaining all hot tubs and pools, keeping chemicals in check for rental guests based on the rental schedule, performing repairs, ordering chemicals and maintaining the hot tub area.
Other duties outside of ho tubs can include performing routine tasks such as picking up trash from properties, shoveling snow, mowing lawns, etc. Other tasks can include performing repairs on household items and assisting guests with any issues in the homes.
Experience in hot tub and pool maintenance is required.

Core Responsibilities
- Balancing pool and hot tub chemicals
- Keeping pool and hot tubs clean and properly functioning
- Performing repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance on pools and hot tubs
- Draining and refilling hot tubs when needed.
- Maintaining hot tubs and pools around rental schedules.
Other Responsibilities
Perform routine duties such as trash pick-up, wood stacking, shovelling, mowing, general upkeep of grounds.
· Operate equipment such as snowblowers, lawn mowing and landscape equipment.
Operate plow truck during winter storms during odd hours of day.
· Perform repairs on household items including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting.
· Assist in delivery of supplies for other field staff members.
· Maintain organized storeroom and vehicles.
- *Rotating on call shifts.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
