At St. Mary’s Health System, we’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Assistant (MA) who’s ready to be a vital part of a dynamic care team. Whether you’re rooming patients, assisting providers with procedures, or helping at the front desk, you’ll play a key role in delivering care that puts people first.

This role offers the opportunity to grow your clinical experience in a supportive environment where your voice matters and your skills are valued.

What You’ll Do:

Support providers in a fast-paced outpatient or urgent care setting
Prepare exam rooms and assist with procedures
Collect vitals, update medical records, and support clinical workflows
Help with administrative tasks such as scheduling and patient check-ins when needed
Contribute to a positive, team-based environment focused on compassionate care

What You Bring:

Certified Medical Assistant through a nationally recognized credentialing body (AAMA, NCCT, NHA, etc.)
Graduate of an accredited 2-year MA program preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Excellent communication and people skills—you love working with patients and teams alike
Familiarity with medical terminology, office procedures, and EMR systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a calm, can-do attitude
