The Role
We’re looking for a Budtender who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys connecting with people at a thoughtful pace. You’ll be the first face patients see, helping them navigate products, supporting sales operations, managing inventory, and keeping the day-to-day flow smooth—all while staying compliant with Maine’s medical cannabis regulations.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist patients with warmth, professionalism, and care
- Provide thoughtful, informed product recommendations based on patient needs
- Accurately manage transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
- Assist with inventory tasks: restocking, labeling, intake, and displays
- Keep the storefront clean, organized, and welcoming
- Stay up-to-date on products, trends, and state regulations
- Support digital menu updates, social media content, and website management
- Answer patient questions clearly and patiently in-person and over the phone
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 21+ years old and eligible to work under Maine’s Medical Cannabis Program
- Willing and eligible to obtain a valid Maine Registry Identification Card (RIC)
- Reliable transportation and government-issued ID
- Ability to pass a state-mandated background check
- Availability for opening/closing shifts, weekends, and select holidays
- Comfortable learning and using POS systems and internal digital tools (training provided)
Preferred / Extra Skills:
- Retail, customer service, or dispensary experience
- Familiarity with cannabis products and patient care
- Graphic design or content creation experience
- Possession of a valid Medical Marijuana Card

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
