OverviewAs a Junior Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the business’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and group policies. Your duties will include coordinating with local management and the Compliance Officer to identify potential risks, implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and monitoring the company’s adherence to these standards.
How you'll make an impact- Provide consultancy and guidance on Compliance matters and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices in Business Units.
- Monitor and advice on Regulatory issues with surveillance and control entities – Relation with GOV entities.
- Support on enforce local applicable regulation (SUSEP)
- Assist local AML risk administration system, and local enterprise risk management
- Provide advice on Sanctions policies and procedures.
- Assist on Conflict of Interest, investigations, G&E, Sponsorship, among others.
- Prepare Compliance communications and messages of all kinds including presentations and training materials.
- Drafting, translating and updating corporate documents.
- Support with Privacy Matters.
About you- Experiencie: Minimum 2 years of experience in Compliance, preferably within financial services or insurance. Solid understanding of local regulatory frameworks, as well as experience supporting regulatory compliance, AML risk management, sanctions, and enterprise risk processes. Strong ability to prepare presentations, policies, memos, and other compliance-related documentation.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, International Relations, or a related field.
- English: Advanced
- Softskills: Execution-oriented professional with strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
