Two Fat Cats Bakery is looking for year-round, full-time kitchen team member to join our West End location. Two Fat Cats West End is a bakery/cafe/market at 175 Spring Street in the Nightingale building. Busy and dynamic, it offers the best in rustic pastries, breakfast, lunch, and wine service.
The position schedule is Thursdays 8am-4:30pm, Fridays & Saturdays 12pm-8pm, and Sundays 7:30am-3:30pm. The kitchen team is responsible for making all our soups, sandwiches, salads, and prepared meals. Other responsibilities include:
following recipes
accurate measuring and weighing
consistency and efficiency in production
collaboration on menu development
adherence to safety protocols
cleanliness in the kitchen and our work environment
We are looking for an individual who is respectful and polite, has a sense of humor, attention to detail, team focused, and takes pride in their work. Professional kitchen experience is a must - at least two years is preferred.
