Two Fat Cats Bakery West End is looking for year-round, full-time FOH/barista to join our team! Two Fat Cats West End is a bakery and cafe at 175 Spring Street in the Nightingale building. Busy and dynamic, it offers the best in rustic pastries, breakfast, lunch, and wine service.
The West End is open Wed & Thurs, 7:30am - 4pm; Fridays & Saturdays 7:30am - 7pm; Sundays 9am - 3pm. Opening and closing shifts are available for FOH positions with some shifts beginning at 6am. Fridays and Saturdays, 12pm-8pm, are required shifts for wine service.
Our FOH team works together and is crossed trained on coffee as well as counter and customer service. Responsibilities include:
barista duties (we have a full espresso program)
providing excellent customer service
cashiering
maintaining the appearance of the display case
wine service
handling and storing food properly
keeping the bakery looking clean and inviting
cleaning, stocking, and adhering to safety protocols
pitching in to help wherever you can!
While skill and experience are a plus, we will happily provide training for the right person. Training and orientation are provided. This is a tipped position and tips add $8-$10 to base pay.
