St Joes Cafe is seeking a full time year round barista position. Experience a plus but not required. Duties include, taking orders, making drinks, coffee prep, some sidework, learning the food menu. We are looking for someone who thrives in fast paced environment, is a team player, and enjoys engaging with poeple. We have loyal customers who love what we offer. Compensation is base hourly pay plus credit card and cash tips. Hourly average is well over 20 an hour. Higher in the spring summer fall months, winter is a little less when its slower. The schedule is thursday thru monday, with tuesday and wensday off. Hours are from 7am to about 230 pm after closeing during the week and weekends are 7am to 330 pm after closing.
