Hospitality Plus is recruiting a General Manager for a distinctive hospitality destination set in one of the most inspiring natural regions in the United States. We are looking to fill this position immediately! Excellent company, culture, and growth opportunity.
Salary: $81,000 – $90,000

The successful candidate will lead daily operations, develop department leaders, and ensure outstanding service standards while driving operational and financial performance.
Your Impact
Lead the Experience
Oversee daily operations across guest services, lodging, and food & beverage
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service recovery when needed
Maintain high hospitality standards across all departments
Build a Strong Team
Recruit, mentor, and develop department managers
Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture
Drive Performance
Manage budgets, financial reporting, and property performance
Monitor key metrics including revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction
Partner with leadership on operational improvements and long-term strategy
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of hospitality leadership experience (hotel, lodge, resort, or similar environment)
Experience managing teams, budgets, and operational performance
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with groups, events, or catering preferred
Work Environment
This role involves active property leadership including walking the grounds, navigating natural terrain
