Hospitality Plus is looking for a lead chef in a small, iconic oceanfront New England inn with a small bistro. The bistro menu focuses on fresh New England seafood as well as steaks. We serve 30-40 covers during the shoulder season and 60-70 covers in the height of the season. The bistro is only open Tuesday-Sunday with limited hours. This job begins April 20th and runs through October 20th, although there could be year-round opportunities as well. Candidates must have a current resume and solid references. The candidate will be in charge of the kitchen, including ordering, inventories, and other employees.
