Lawn, Landscape & Snow Removal Crew Member

We’re hiring full-time crew members to join our growing lawn and landscape team in the Lewiston area. If you’re someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in doing the job right — we want to talk to you.
💰 Pay & Bonus
∙ $18–$25/hour based on experience
∙ $1,500 season completion bonus paid at the end of the landscape season (late November) to employees who meet our attendance standards and complete the full season
∙ Overtime opportunities available
🗓️ Season & Schedule
∙ Full-time hours April/May through late November
∙ Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, early start times
∙ Winter snowplow work available for those who want to keep earning through the colder months
What You’ll Be Doing
∙ Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanups
∙ Mulching, planting, and general landscaping
∙ Operating equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers
∙ Assisting with snow removal and plowing in winter months
What We’re Looking For
∙ Reliable — this is our #1 requirement. If you don’t show up, this isn’t the job for you
∙ Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
∙ Valid driver’s license required
∙ Prior lawn care or landscaping experience preferred — but we’ll train the right person
∙ Positive attitude and team player
