We're looking for a skilled CMM Operator/Programmer who takes pride in precision, thrives in a highstandards environment, and wants to be part of a team that's pushing for excellence every day.
Shift:Weekend Nights Friday-Sunday 5:00PM-5:00AM
Work 36 hours, get paid for 40!
30% shift differential!
What You'll DoInspect complex, hightolerance parts using CMM equipment to ensure all features meet customer specifications.
Investigate and resolve measurement discrepancies with a rootcause mindset.
Collaborate closely with Manufacturing and Engineering to support part conformance and process capability.
Maintain accuracy and uphold our AS9100 quality standards in all inspection activities.
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
What You BringStrong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
Proficiency with GD&T, measuring instruments, and basic computer applications.
Experience with MSA and SPC (training available).
Ability to work well with others and build positive working relationships.
3+ years of CMM operation/programming experience or equivalent training.
High School Diploma or GED.
