Pemaquid Mussel Farms in Bucksport is seeking a part time deliver driver to transport our mussels to Boston. Class B license preferred but willing to train motivated applicants with delivery experience and a clean driving record. 20ft refrigerated box truck, single rear axle. The hours: Monday/Wednesday morning 3am-10am+-. Duties will be to show up, load the refer truck via a pallet jack and then make 2 stops in Boston at our delivery locations. DOT card required due to interstate travel. All paperwork (bol's) will be filled out and ready for you to take with you.
You will be trained and this job is ideal for someone seeking 15-18 hrs/wk that needs the extra income. We pay well and do not micro-manage. Just be on time to our delivery locations and drive safely. We are expanding so there will be more opportunities as we get closer to summer. PTO is available after a 30 day probationary period. 3 paid holidays/yr.
Starting in June, we will be delivering Monday/Wednesday/Thursday which will provide more hours. You will be finished with your work day before noontime so its a great opportunity. Email or text is the best initial way to inquire.
