We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences and supporting our operations team.
Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting clients with reservations, answering inquiries, coordinating transportation requests, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the premium service standards of DMC Luxury Transportation. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online messaging
- Assist customers with booking, modifying, and confirming reservations
- Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, availability, and policies
- Coordinate with dispatch and drivers to ensure smooth service execution
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reservations
- Monitor upcoming reservations to ensure all trip details are correct
- Deliver a high-end customer experience consistent with a luxury brand
- Assist with corporate accounts and repeat client relationships
- Follow company procedures and service standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, transportation, or concierge services preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced situations
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn reservation software
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Availability for evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
Preferred Skills
- Experience with transportation booking or dispatch systems
- Background in luxury hospitality, travel, or concierge services
- Strong customer conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with airport transportation logistic
