Heading into our fifth season, we're excited to build on what we've created as a team the last few years. We've gotten a lot busier (a great problem to have) which means we are ready to bring on a few more people into the kitchen to help us keep the momentum going.
We are currently accepting resumes for Sous Chef, Line Cook, Prep Cook and Pantry positions — all year-round opportunities for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Part time and seasonal positions can be made available as well.
Sous Chef
We’re looking for someone who can support leadership in the kitchen, help guide the team through service, and maintain consistency and quality. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable stepping in wherever needed. Looking for someone who loves to create creative dishes and work with Chef to be a mid-coast restaurant standout.
Line Cook/Prep Cook
This role is perfect for someone who thrives during a busy service, takes pride in their work, and can stay focused under pressure. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team are key.
Pantry
We’re seeking someone who enjoys precision and presentation. This position plays an important role in setting the tone for dishes, with a focus on consistency and attention to detail. This position for someone who wants to gain or build on their current restaurant experience.
